Corporate style

Heraldic sign – the Emblem of the Ministry of Science And Higher Education of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as “the Emblem”) is the official symbol that indicates affiliation with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

The Emblem is an image of a double-headed golden eagle whose spread wings are pointed upwards. The eagle is surmounted by two minor golden crowns and a major golden crown on top of them, three of the crowns are connected by a golden ribbon. Scepter is held in the right claw of the eagle, while the orb can be found in its left claw. On the blue shield, which rests on the eagle’s chest, a silver owl holding two horizontally positioned golden branches can be found, sitting in front of the golden cyclomorrhus.
