The procedures for submitting information requests from the media to the Press Service of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation:

1. Requests should be addressed to the Head of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation’s Press Service.
2. Requests should be written on the official letterhead signed by the responsible manager (Chief editor, department editors, or their alternates.
3. The request should consist of:
   • The main topic (subject of the request);
   • Reference to the source of information about the subject of request (Media, news agencies, authorized representatives of State organizations, public associations, etc.);
   • List of questions;
   • In cases of prior coordination or arrangements departments, divisions, or the Ministry’s specialists are required to be indicated on paper for answers on raised questions or organization of an interview;
   • Contact information of the editorial office and correspondent (telephone number, e-mail address).
4. Requests are accepted by the following e-mail address press@minobrnauki.gov.ru during working hours (every working day, 9:00-18:00).
5. Responses to requests are provided within seven days’ time (In accordance with the Media Law of the Russian Federation, art. 40).
